• You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please contact our customer service via email or through our website with your order number and a description of the issue.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, including all packaging, accessories, and any gifts.

• If the item is damaged during shipping, please provide photos as evidence. We will assist in resolving the issue.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• If the return is due to product quality or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Each copperware item is handmade, so slight variations may occur. This is normal and not considered a reason for return.

• For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.
